Mandatory Evidence for a Refund
For a refund request to be accepted, strict video evidence is required:
* Unpacking Video: A video is required from the start of the opening parcel.
* 360-Degree, No-Cut Requirement: The video must be a continuous, 360-degree recording with no cuts or edits, clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.
Refund Request Process

* Your email must include the mandatory uncut unpacking video and a picture attachment of the incorrect or damaged product.
* If your request is accepted, we will send you the return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an authorized return will not be accepted.
