General Policy (No Returns or Exchanges)
We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are considered final. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Items Only)
A refund will be initiated only under the following limited conditions:
* The product you received is defective (damaged or non-functional).
* The product you received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or color, as compared to your original order).
Mandatory Video Proof for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under these conditions, strict video evidence is required and must meet the following criteria:
* Start-to-Finish Unpacking Video: The video must begin before the parcel is opened and clearly show the complete, unopened condition of the outer packaging.
* 360-Degree, No-Cut Requirement: The video must be a single, continuous, uncut recording that shows a full 360-degree view of the parcel before opening, the entire unpacking process, and a clear view of the incorrect or defective item once removed. Videos with any cuts, pauses, or edits will not be accepted.


How to Request a Refund
If your item meets the conditions above, you must contact us immediately to report the issue:

* Required Information: Your email must include your order number, a clear description of the defect or error, and the required unpacking video attached.
* Review: We will review your claim and video evidence to determine eligibility. If the return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an authorized return will not be accepted, and no refund will be processed.


Processing the Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return and confirm that the item is defective or incorrect, your refund will be automatically initiated to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
